Continually Transforming Lives
Our Story of Healing and Hope
Since 2006, we have worked alongside families to help children overcome challenges and reach their full potential.
How We Began
Children's Continuum of Care started in 2006 when a group of dedicated behavioral and mental health professionals in Camden County recognized something troubling: too many children and families lacked access to the mental health support they needed. These clinicians saw the gap firsthand in their daily work, and they decided to do something about it.
What began as a commitment to fill that gap has grown into a comprehensive agency serving families throughout South Jersey. From our first days providing in-home therapy and behavioral assistance, we have expanded to include evidence-based therapeutic services, specialized evaluations, mentoring programs, and a statewide partnership with the Division of Child Protection and Permanency (DCP&P).
Today, we continue the work our founders began: meeting children and families where they are, treating every person with dignity and respect, and believing in the potential for growth and healing in every young life we touch.

We lead with empathy and understanding, recognizing the unique challenges each child and family faces in their mental health journey.

We ground all our services in research and clinical best practices to ensure effective treatment outcomes.

We believe in the inherent strength within every child and family, building capacity for lasting growth.
Collaboration
We partner with families, providers, and communities to create coordinated, integrated care.
How We Help Families
Every child is unique, and so is our approach to supporting them. We provide individualized services that meet families where they are, delivered in the settings where children feel most comfortable and can make the greatest progress.

Family-Driven Care
Families are partners in every decision. We listen to parents and caregivers, respect their knowledge of their children, and work together to set goals that matter to the whole family. When families are engaged, children succeed.

Community-Based Services
We bring services to homes, schools, and neighborhoods. By working in the environments where challenges occur, we help children build skills they can use in their daily lives. Our clinicians become trusted members of the family's support system.

Culturally Responsive
The families we serve come from diverse backgrounds. Our team includes bilingual clinicians, and we adapt our approaches to honor each family's culture, traditions, and values.

Strength-Based Focus
We believe every child has strengths. Our treatment plans build on what's working, celebrate progress, and help children discover abilities they may not have known they had. This positive approach creates lasting change.
Our Impact Across South Jersey
Since 2006, we have grown from a small group of dedicated professionals to an agency serving families throughout the region. Our impact continues to expand as we reach more children who need support.
