Every Child Deserves Support

Childhood should be a time of growth, discovery, and joy. But for many children in South Jersey, mental health challenges create barriers that affect every part of their lives. Anxiety, behavioral difficulties, and emotional struggles can make school harder, friendships more complicated, and family life more stressful.

Children's Continuum of Care exists to change that story. Our team of dedicated clinicians brings therapy, behavioral support, and mentoring directly to families in their homes and communities. We meet children where they are, working alongside families to build the skills and resilience they need to thrive.

Comprehensive Programs for Every Child

We provide specialized mental health services that meet each child's unique needs. Our programs are individualized, family-driven, and delivered in the settings where children feel most comfortable.

Intensive In-Community (IIC)

Intensive In-Community services bring therapeutic support directly to children and families. Our clinicians work in homes, schools, and community settings to address mental health needs where they naturally occur.

Intensive In-Home (IIH)

Intensive In-Home services focus on children with developmental needs, including autism spectrum support. We help build social skills, communication abilities, and daily living skills within the family environment.

Behavioral Support

Our NJ Certified Behavioral Assistants provide direct support to youth, helping them develop coping strategies, emotional regulation skills, and positive behaviors that lead to success at home and school.
